Welcome to SoftwareKit. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.
1. App usage. SoftwareKit provides utilities and tools for advanced device use. Content is manually reviewed before it is listed. We may remove a utility, app, or source at any time.
2. Third-party content. SoftwareKit may link to or provide access to third-party apps, utilities, and sources. These are not owned or controlled by us. Please review and accept their terms before using them.
3. Security and reporting. A utility, app, or source may be removed if it is reported or found to be malicious, unsafe, or misleading.
4. Your responsibility. SoftwareKit does not intentionally provide malicious content. You are responsible for the apps, files, and sources you choose to install or add.
5. Disclaimer. SoftwareKit is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You use the app at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property. SoftwareKit is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPLv2). You may copy, modify, redistribute, and create derivative works only in accordance with GPLv2. Modified or redistributed versions must retain the original copyright and license notices.
7. Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated at any time. If you continue using SoftwareKit, you accept the latest version.
Privacy Policy
SoftwareKit aims to keep data handling to the minimum needed for specific features.
1. Data collection. SoftwareKit does not collect, track, sell, or share personal data for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
2. Device Info feature. If you use Device Info, some device-related information, including your UDID and technical details, may be sent temporarily to a Cloudflare Workers endpoint. This information is needed for the feature to work.
3. Temporary processing. Data sent to the Cloudflare Worker is stored temporarily for up to 5 minutes so the app can retrieve it. After that, it is automatically deleted and is not retained, logged, or reused.
4. Encryption. Data sent between the app and the Cloudflare Worker is encrypted in transit.
5. Local storage. Once the app receives your device information, it is stored locally on your device. It is not sent elsewhere again unless you manually use the Device Info feature.
6. Third-party services. Cloudflare Workers are used as a temporary processing layer, not for tracking, analytics, or data mining.
7. Policy updates. This policy may change when app functionality changes. Continued use of SoftwareKit means you accept the latest version.
